This smoothie is loaded with protein and calcium, to make sure you start your morning routine off right. The chia seeds are an amazing super-food and loaded with lots of great nutrients including fiber, protein and the good-for-you Omega-3’s.
- Chia Seeds
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for a full minute until all ingredients are blended. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
